There will be sessions on: upgrading with solutions engineer Stephen Clarke and technical support manager Garry Harper; Malcolm Murray (University of Durham) will be demonstrating Blackboard 9; Accessibility (speaker to be confirmed) and Building Blocks with Garry Harper. Garry will be particularly busy as he is also holding a ticket support clinic in the afternoon.Linda Creanor will be giving a talk on Blended Learning at Glasgow Caledonian University and there is also time in the day for an open-session.
